The ritual deliberately does not jump from Learning directly to Mastery.
Neither does real skill.
The Mirror
Next comes:
CORRECTION.
A mirror is introduced into the Workshop.
It isn’t used for divination.
It represents feedback.
The ability to see:
What am I doing wrong?
What could I improve?
What needs adjusting?
The Coven does not invent technical weaknesses that you haven’t provided.
Instead, the Mirror represents your ability to recognize mistakes, receive useful feedback, adjust, and continue improving.
The Repetition
Then comes:
THE REPETITION.
Attempt.

This stage embodies one of the Tradition’s central principles of self-mastery:
Mastery through discipline.
Because knowing something once isn’t the same as being able to do it reliably.
Skill is built through repetition.
The Refinement
The Raw Material from the beginning of the ritual isn’t discarded.
It’s changed.
Improved.
Refined.
The same person who entered the Workshop becomes:
more capable.

The Performance
Eventually the skill has to leave practice.
The orange flame is established.
Carnelian enters the working.
The client reaches:
PERFORMANCE.
The moment where learning becomes expression.

or otherwise do the thing you’ve been developing.
The current becomes:
Knowledge → Ability → Expression

The Talent Enhancement Spell is primarily aligned with Lucifer through the Tradition’s currents of knowledge, wisdom, understanding, enlightenment, and strategy.
Mercury and Air further support learning and understanding, while Fluorite carries focus, learning, mental order, and precision within the Tradition.
Lucifer’s current moves through the entire Workshop:

The Finished Work
Eventually the Raw Material reaches the end.
It becomes:
THE FINISHED WORK.
But it receives one additional designation:
FINISHED — FOR NOW.
Because even highly developed ability can continue growing.
Beside the Finished Work, another marker is placed:
THE NEXT LESSON.
The Workshop remains open.

The ritual doesn’t remove the Workshop.
It supports your movement through it.
