Ritual Services Policy (FOR LEGAL USE)

This Ritual Services Policy applies to ritual, spellwork, divination, spiritual guidance, consultation, and related spiritual services purchased from Hackjak Witch Coven (“HWC,” “the Coven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a covered service, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any terms stated on the applicable service page.

1. Nature of Our Services

Hackjak Witch Coven provides spiritual, ritual, divinatory, and related services performed according to the practices and traditions of the Coven.

When you purchase a ritual service, you are purchasing the Coven’s time, preparation, materials where applicable, practitioner labor, and performance of the described spiritual service.

You are not purchasing a guaranteed external outcome.

Spiritual practices are inherently subjective, and HWC does not guarantee that any ritual, spell, reading, or other service will produce a particular event, result, response from another person, or result within a particular timeframe.

2. Ritual Intake

Most personalized ritual services require completion of a Ritual Service Intake before work can begin.

Your intake may request information such as your name, date of birth, general location, relevant circumstances, desired intention, and other information reasonably necessary to prepare your service.

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Please do not intentionally provide false identities, fabricated circumstances, or materially misleading information.

Photographs or other optional identifying materials may be requested for certain workings. Unless specifically stated otherwise, optional materials are not required for your service to be performed.

Incomplete Intakes

Your fulfillment period does not begin until all required intake information has been received and your submission is sufficiently complete for the Coven to proceed.

If additional information or clarification is required, your service may remain on hold until we receive it.

3. Practitioner Review

Every personalized ritual request is subject to practitioner review.

Purchasing a particular service does not require the Coven to perform that exact working if, after reviewing your circumstances, we reasonably determine that:

• the service is materially inappropriate for your stated intention;

• another service would better address your request;

• additional information is required;

• the requested working falls outside the scope of the purchased service; or

• HWC is unwilling or unable to perform the requested working.

When appropriate, we may contact you with clarification questions or recommend an alternative service before ritual preparation begins.

Service Changes and Upgrades

If you accept a recommended service that costs more than your original purchase, you will be responsible only for the applicable difference in price.

If the recommended service costs less, HWC will communicate the available options before proceeding.

No substitution or upgrade will be charged without the customer’s authorization.

4. Consultation & Ritual Assessment Deposits

The Consultation & Ritual Assessment is a $50 non-refundable service deposit intended for clients who would like the Coven to evaluate their circumstances and recommend appropriate ritual work.

When an eligible recommended ritual service is purchased following the assessment, the $50 deposit may be credited toward that service.

The credit:

• may be applied only once;

• has no cash value;

• cannot be transferred to another person;

• cannot be combined with another consultation credit; and

• must be redeemed within 30 days of the Coven’s recommendation unless otherwise stated.

If you choose not to proceed with the recommended service, the consultation deposit remains payment for the assessment already provided and is not refunded.

5. Fulfillment Timeframes

Fulfillment begins after HWC has received and accepted all information necessary to perform your service.

Our normal fulfillment targets are:

These are normal service windows rather than guarantees of an exact performance date.

Ritual scheduling may consider practitioner availability, preparation requirements, appropriate ritual timing or alignment, complexity, and other circumstances relevant to performance of the service.

If an unusual delay materially extends the expected fulfillment period, HWC will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

6. Ritual Scheduling and Timing

Some HWC workings may be scheduled with consideration for particular days, planetary or astrological conditions, moon phases, ritual preparation requirements, or other spiritual correspondences used by the Coven.

Customers do not need to select these conditions unless specifically requested.

The Coven determines ritual construction and practical scheduling according to the service purchased, the client’s circumstances, and practitioner judgment.

Appropriate ritual alignment does not necessarily mean waiting for every theoretically ideal astrological condition. HWC may use the strongest practical alignment available within the applicable fulfillment period.

7. Performance and Completion

A ritual service is considered performed when the Coven has substantially completed the ritual work included in the purchased service.

Once completed, HWC will normally send a Ritual Completion notification to the email address associated with your order.

The service is considered fulfilled based upon performance of the purchased service, not upon whether or when a particular external event subsequently occurs.

For example, a spell intended to attract opportunity is fulfilled when the Coven completes the contracted ritual working—not when a particular employer, customer, romantic interest, court, business, or other third party takes a particular action.

8. Results and Expectations

HWC does not guarantee:

• a particular result;

• manifestation within a particular timeframe;

• the actions, thoughts, emotions, or decisions of another person;

• financial gain;

• employment or business success;

• romantic or sexual relationships;

• pregnancy or fertility outcomes;

• medical recovery, longevity, or changes in physical health;

• legal or court outcomes;

• protection from every possible accident, injury, loss, or harmful event; or

• any other specific external event.

Descriptions such as attraction, protection, prosperity, healing, reconciliation, influence, opportunity, banishing, hexing, cursing, transformation, or similar terminology describe the spiritual intention and character of the ritual service being performed.

They are not warranties of objectively verifiable outcomes.

9. Practical Responsibility

Ritual and divination services are complementary spiritual practices.

They are not substitutes for appropriate professional assistance, including medical treatment, mental-health care, legal representation, financial advice, emergency services, law enforcement, fertility or reproductive healthcare, or reasonable personal safety measures.

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

For example, purchasing a Safe Travels Spell does not replace ordinary travel precautions; purchasing a health-oriented spiritual service does not replace healthcare; and purchasing a Court Spell does not replace qualified legal representation.

10. Divination and Guidance

Divination, astrology, spiritual readings, and guidance services provide spiritual or interpretive perspectives based upon the methods used by HWC.

Readings should not be understood as guaranteed predictions of future events or statements of objective fact.

Future circumstances may change, other people retain their own agency, and customers remain responsible for decisions made following a reading.

11. Baneful, Influence, and Third-Party Workings

Some HWC services are spiritually directed toward relationships, interpersonal circumstances, protection, influence, separation, binding, reversal, baneful intentions, or identified third parties.

Purchasing such a service means that HWC will perform the spiritual ritual service described ONLY. It does not constitute a guarantee that another person will behave in a particular manner or experience a particular event.

HWC reserves the right to decline any requested working at practitioner discretion, including requests that involve unlawful conduct, credible threats of physical violence, exploitation, harassment, or circumstances the Coven determines it should not participate in.

Declining a particular request does not necessarily constitute a judgment regarding the customer or their beliefs.

12. Health, Fertility, and Wellness Workings

Health, recovery, longevity, fertility, birth, rejuvenation, and similar ritual services are offered solely as spiritual practices.

They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or medical conditions and do not guarantee conception, pregnancy, recovery, extended lifespan, reversal of aging, or any particular physical outcome.

Customers experiencing medical symptoms or concerns should seek appropriate healthcare.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

Because ritual services involve personalized preparation and practitioner labor, refund eligibility depends upon the stage of fulfillment.

Before Ritual Preparation Begins

If you request cancellation before personalized preparation has begun, HWC may cancel and refund the eligible service amount, subject to any non-refundable consultation or assessment fee already earned.

After Personalized Preparation Begins

Once the Coven has begun individualized preparation—including practitioner assessment beyond ordinary intake review, petition or sigil preparation, dedicated material preparation, or other substantive work specific to your ritual—the service may become partially or fully non-refundable based upon work already performed.

HWC will not retain payment for material portions of a service it has neither performed nor incurred specifically for the customer where applicable law requires otherwise.

After the Ritual Has Been Performed

Once the purchased ritual or reading has been substantially performed, the service is considered rendered and is generally non-refundable merely because the customer is dissatisfied with the subsequent external outcome.

Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Failure to Complete Intake

If you purchase a service but do not submit the required intake, HWC cannot perform the working.

We may send reminders using the contact information associated with your order.

If a required intake remains incomplete for 30 days after purchase, the order may be placed into inactive status.

An inactive order does not automatically mean the service has been performed. Contact HWC if you wish to reactivate an eligible unperformed order.

I prefer this approach over simply declaring that HWC confiscates the entire payment after 30 days. It is much more defensible and customer-friendly.

15. Changes Requested After Preparation

Once personalized ritual preparation has begun, substantial changes to the client’s intention may require:

• rescheduling;

• a new assessment;

• payment of a price difference;

• purchase of another service; or

• cancellation of the original working where appropriate.

Minor clarifications may be accepted at practitioner discretion.

A customer may not purchase one service and repeatedly replace its underlying intention after individualized preparation has begun.

16. Confidentiality and Privacy

HWC recognizes that ritual-service clients may provide sensitive personal information.

Information submitted through ritual intake forms is used for purposes reasonably related to reviewing, preparing, performing, documenting, and administering the purchased service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Access to client ritual records should be limited to HWC personnel or practitioners with a legitimate operational need for access.

Customers should avoid submitting information that is unnecessary to their request, including passwords, Social Security numbers, complete financial account information, or other highly sensitive credentials.

17. Testimonials and Client Stories

HWC will not publicly identify a client or publish personally identifiable details from a ritual intake merely because the customer reports a positive result.

If HWC wishes to use identifiable client feedback, photographs, testimonials, or case information for marketing purposes, separate permission may be requested where appropriate.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will experience the same result.

18. Communications

Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and monitoring communications concerning their order.

HWC may contact you when:

• intake information is missing;

• clarification is required;

• another service is recommended;

• additional authorization or payment is necessary;

• the service has been completed; or

• another issue materially affects fulfillment.

Please include your order number when contacting HWC about an existing service.

19. Refusal or Termination of Service

HWC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service before completion when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• abusive or threatening behavior toward practitioners or staff;

• fraudulent transactions;

• materially false information;

• requests outside the Coven’s offered services;

• unlawful or unsafe requests;

• circumstances creating an unreasonable risk to a practitioner; or

• other substantial circumstances making performance inappropriate or impracticable.

When HWC terminates an unperformed service, any refund or credit will be determined according to the work already performed, costs reasonably incurred, applicable policies, and applicable law.

20. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing and submitting information for an HWC ritual or spiritual service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Ritual Services Policy together with the other policies applicable to your purchase.
