The Changing Minds Spell is a personalized Hackjak Witch Coven working designed for situations where another person has already reached a position, opinion, preference, refusal, or conclusion that you want them to reconsider.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that someone hasn’t heard you.

Or:

I’ve already made up my mind.

Changing Minds works upon that moment.

Not simply communication.

Reconsideration.

A Closed Answer Must First Become an Open Question

At the center of your ritual sits:

The Chair.

It represents the position the other person currently occupies.

What do they presently believe?

What have they decided?

What did they reject?

What conclusion have they reached?

That becomes:

The Present Position.

Across from it sits:

The Desired Position.

Between them:

The Question.

Because before someone can arrive at another answer—

they must become willing to consider the question again.

The Present Position

Your ritual begins with where the other person actually stands.

Not where you assume they stand.

Tell us what they said.

What did they decide?

What did they reject?

What position have they communicated?

What reason did they give?

The Coven does not need to invent their motives.

We need to understand:

what position you are trying to change.

The Desired Position

Then tell us what you want them to reconsider.

What would the changed position look like?

The Turning Chair

The other person’s marker begins facing the Present Position.

This is:

The Closed Chair.

The symbolism is simple.

A position is somewhere the mind has chosen to sit.

The ritual does not immediately force the Chair toward your desired outcome.

First—

the Question is introduced.

RECONSIDER.

The Chair begins to turn.

Not toward obedience.

Toward another look.

The First Turn

The Chair turns slightly away from the Present Position.

The mind has not changed yet.

But the position is no longer treated as completely fixed.

This establishes:

Fixed → Less Fixed

The first objective has been reached:

reconsideration has become possible.

The New Perspective

The Question moves into view.

Your desired alternative is illuminated.

The working shifts toward:

Notice → Consider → Compare

The objective is to make another perspective more present.

More understandable.

More persuasive.

More difficult to dismiss without another look.

Influence

Within the Hackjak Tradition, Influence is recognized as a legitimate ritual intention, and Air is the elemental current associated with influence. 

Changing Minds directs that current toward movement in thought:

Present Position → Question → Alternative

Because:

A thought that can move can change.

Satan — Sovereign of Sovereignty

This working is aligned with Satan, Sovereign of Sovereignty within the Hackjak Tradition.

Satan’s established currents include freedom, strength, independence, authority, power, and self-rule.

For Changing Minds, that current is directed toward:

Authority → Presence → Influence → Decision

The purpose is not to symbolically reduce another person to a puppet.

It is to give the client’s position greater persuasive weight within a decision that has already been made.

The Second Turn

The Chair turns again.

But before it faces the Desired Position—

it faces:

The Question.

Both possibilities remain visible.

The old position.

And the alternative.

This is the point of reconsideration.

The ritual does not pretend the person never held their original opinion.

It works upon whether they continue holding it.

The Changed Position

The Chair is ultimately turned toward your Desired Position.

The working moves through:

Resistance → Opening → Understanding → Influence → Reconsideration → Persuasion → Changed Position

The objective is not endless uncertainty.

You purchased the working because you want movement toward a particular conclusion.

That conclusion is represented clearly.

But the other person’s marker is never tied to the Chair.

The Chair turns.

The person is not chained to it.

Be specific.

Instead of:

“Make them agree with me.”

Tell us:

The clearer the two positions are—

After Your Working

Give reconsideration somewhere to happen.

Present the information clearly.

Make the proposal.

Ask the question.
