Every Monthly Ritual Kit is different because every month’s working is different. Depending on the month’s energy, your kit may include:

From those influences, the Coven establishes a central theme that can be meaningfully worked through ritual.

How It Works

1. The Coven Reads the Month
HWC examines the month’s relevant spiritual and astrological influences and identifies a central current for the upcoming edition.

2. We Build the Working
The Coven develops the ritual architecture, selects the appropriate correspondences and materials, and writes several ways of working with the month’s energy.

3. Your Kit Is Prepared
The specialized ritual components and monthly guidance are assembled and shipped to you.

4. You Choose Your Working
Select the included spell most relevant to your objective or use the provided correspondence guidance to develop a working of your own.

5. You Perform the Ritual
Follow the instructions and personally work with the month’s current through your own ritual practice.

Both subscriptions begin with the same HWC monthly energetic framework, but they provide two completely different experiences.

The Monthly Ritual Kit is designed for spellcasting and personal practice. Its contents are purpose-selected because they serve a function within the month’s ritual work.

The Monthly Mystery Box is designed for discovery and merchandise, providing a surprise assortment of witchy, gothic, spiritual, and unusual products curated around the same monthly energy.

What You’ll Need

HWC supplies the specialized components required for the included workings, but some ordinary household or personal items may still be needed.

Depending on the ritual, this could include something as simple as a pen, water, a bowl, scissors, lighter or matches, a fire-safe surface, photograph, or handwritten petition.

Any additional items required will be identified in your ritual instructions.
